RETURNS POLICY

*CHRISTMAS NOTICE - ANY PURCHASE MADE AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST CAN BE RETURNED UP UNTIL JANUARY 14TH 2025*

Items must be returned in new condition, unworn, unused and in the original packaging, alongside proof of purchase. 

Once a refund has been approved all refunds are refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds can be made by contacting enquiries@thedripbox.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item. Please note all sale and discounted items are refunded via gift card for our online store. Customised items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

TheDripBox offers exchanges within 30 days of the date you receive your item(s). For items to be eligible for an exchange they must meet the requirements set out in the refund policy.
